Winslow Property Management (Summit Realty Partners' asset management group) delivers

Northgate Shopping Center – Auburn Street, Portland, ME
Northgate Shopping Center is a 100,000 plus sq. ft. shopping center located in the heart of the North Deering section of Portland, Maine. This high traffic neighborhood center has Shaw’s Supermarket and CVS Pharmacy as anchor tenants. Solid national tenants round out the remaining center including Starbucks, The UPS Store, Key Bank and H&R Block as well as strong local tenants such as Olympia Sports, Romard’s Hallmark and The Kennel Shop.
Winslow Property Management, Inc. and Summit Realty Partners have been strategically re-positioning this property for ownership since 2002, including large capital and maintenance improvements. Currently, WPM is moving its high volume CVS store out of line and into a newly attached end cap location complete with a drive thru. Additionally, WPM renovated an adjacent building and relocated H&R Block offering them excellent visibility and dedicated parking.
Stop & Shop Plaza – Enfield, CT
Stop & Shop Plaza is a 124,000 square foot grocery store anchored retail shopping center in the middle of Enfield, Connecticut’s dense retail market. Anchored by Stop & Shop, the center also has strong national tenants such as The 99 Restaurant, Advance Auto Parts, Domino’s Pizza, H&R Block and The UPS Store.
Winslow Property Management and Summit Realty Partners have been working with ownership since the purchase of the property to upgrade the center’s image through multiple landscaping projects, parking lot repairs, as well as building upgrades. Summit was able to quickly lease over half of the 16,000 square feet of vacant space while Winslow oversaw the full replacement of an aged, ballasted roof with a new mechanically fastened EPDM roof system.
TJ Maxx Plaza - 440 Middlesex Rd. – Tyngsborough, MA
TJ Maxx Plaza has all of the amenities of regional shopping and is located across the street from the Pheasant Lane Mall. The plaza is anchored by national retailers such as TJ Maxx, AMC Theaters, Trader Joes, Outback Steak House, Dunkin Donuts, Dress Barn, Jo Ann Fabric and Casual Male. It has a mix of solid local retailers which strategically round out this “convenience center” consisting of over 175,000 sq. ft.
Winslow Property Management, Inc. started managing the property in 2007. Since then, the property has been repositioned, with the help of Summit Realty Partners, to be one of the region’s most popular retail draws. Management has led the extensive bidding of maintenance projects, re-lamping the building and property lighting for better exposure and improved the presentation of the buildings through painting and façade re-work.
Causeway Street, Boston, MA
Beginning in 2010, Winslow Property Management has been maintained by its client to help manage this vacant parcel at the foot of the TD Bank Garden. Winslow is currently in consultation with ownership on improving the building’s condition as well as the potential sale or lease of the building to a prospective entrepreneur.
Fashion Crossing, N. Attleboro, MA
Fashion Crossing Shopping Center is located across the street from the Emerald Square Mall in the heart of the Route 1 retail corridor of North Attleboro, MA. This 100,000 square foot plaza showcases national retailers such as Old Navy, Pier 1 Imports, Marshall’s, Longhorn Steak House, Panera Bread and Dress Barn.
Winslow Property Management helped its’ client, RREEF Funds, transform this dated, 20 year old center into a vibrant retail destination. The shopping center was re-cast with a new color, new parking lot lighting and a major re-design of the center’s entrance including constructing a slip lane for easier access, a new, dual out-bound lane and interior parking lot islands for improved traffic flow.
Salem Park Plaza, 125 S. Broadway, Salem, NH
Salem Park Plaza is a very busy retail center located directly off Exit 1 from Route 93 Salem, NH and situated across the street from the Rockingham Mall. Salem Park Plaza is well-tenanted with 20,000 sq ft Barnes & Noble as the anchor tenant on two floors and with other national credit tenants such as Supercuts, T-Mobile and Pier One Imports as well as the locally popular, Learning Express and Findeisen’s Ice Cream.
Winslow Property Management assisted RREEF Funds by helping to manage and oversee designing and construction of a new entrance into the property, reclaiming the main parking field, refreshing the center with paint, re-paneling the pylon sign as well as several other projects. Salem Park Plaza is now one of the preferred retail destinations in the area.
Monument Beach Marketplace, Bourne, MA
Monument Beach Marketplace is a 57,000 square foot retail center on Cape Cod. There is a 36,000 square foot non-operational Stop & Shop grocery store, a liquor store, a pizza parlor, and 12,000 square feet of vacant space. The shopping center can also support an additional 15,000 square feet of end cap space.
Winslow took over management in 2008 during major cosmetic renovations that were started by the landlord after their purchase of the property in 2007. Summit Realty Partners is currently working with ownership to re-position the property.
100 Morse Street, Norwood, MA
Winslow Property Management helped its client, FRAPAG, transition this 94,000 square foot office/research/manufacturing building for its sale in 2006. Best known for its strong tenants (Boston Productions, Remtec, and In USA, Corp), WPM helped coordinate inspections, tenant administration as well as vendor management for this property while FRAPAG transitioned out of the Boston real estate market entirely.
