19 Manchester Road, Derry NH – Woof Meow Pet Center
Woof Meow Family Pet Center retained our services to find a location in Southern New Hampshire. The search commenced for a 15,000 to 20,000 square foot retail building in need of renovation. Markets were narrowed down by studying demographics, performing trade area analyses, and evaluating available properties. Through our search, a vacant 19,000 sf car dealership at a lighted intersection on Manchester Road in Derry, NH was identified and an offer was made. The end result was a private investor in Woof Meow purchasing the former car dealership and renovating the building to make way for a state of the art family pet center. Additionally, we represented the private investor in the acquisition of an operational car dealership abutting the Woof Meow property. The car dealership has since been demolished to make way for a Panera Bread Company restaurant and a Goodwill retail store.
