After years of evaluating potential sites, Summit Realty Partners identified the opportunity in Yarmouth, MA and helped Taco Bell secure the location by working closely with the Landlord’s Broker, Eastern Retail Properties. The restaurant will follow the town’s design standards and blend with the regional Cape Cod aesthetic through Hardie board siding, architectural shingles, a mansard roofline, and a beach-inspired color palette.
