The portfolio includes Domino’s leased locations at 50 W Central Street, Lee, MA; 13 Pleasant Street, Spencer, MA; 610 Main Street, Clinton, MA; 33 Main Street, Belchertown, MA; and 116-118 Main St, Pepperell, MA. Each property is leased to franchisees of Domino’s Pizza under long-term leases, offering investors stable income backed by a nationally recognized brand.
