Wayland, MA: July 24, 2019: Summit Realty Partners, Inc. is pleased to announce new leasing activity at Wayland Town Center. A new lease has been executed with X-Golf, an indoor golf entertainment concept. In addition, Femiluxe, a popular nail bar and current tenant at Wayland Town Center has signed a lease to expand their space to meet the needs of their growing and successful business at the center.

X-Golf has leased a 4,639 square foot space located next to Ace Hardware on Andrew Ave. X-Golf, which was founded in 2005 and is currently expanding across the U.S., is an indoor golf entertainment concept which provides a unique experience for all customers, not only golf enthusiasts. The new X-Golf location at the Wayland Town Center will also feature food and beverage.

Femiluxe nail bar has signed a lease to expand their current salon space. This family owned and operated salon has been a strong tenant at Wayland Town Center and we are excited to announce their expansion. Femiluxe offers a variety of services such as manicures, pedicures and waxing. Their new space will total 1,820 square feet.
