• Ollie’s Bargain Outlet leased 29,028 +/- square feet at 1810 Plainfield Pike, Cranston, RI “Plainfield Pike Shopping Center”, with Richard Giveans also involved in the transaction as the tenant broker. Ollies is set to open for business at the end of October 2025.
• Boston United Volleyball Club leased 15,000 sf at 400-440 Boston Post Road, Wayland, MA “Wayland Town Center”, with Harrison Demerritt and Joe Wagner involved in the transaction as the tenant broker. Boston UVC opened for business in September 2025.
• Activate Games leased 11,140 sf at 20 & 22 District Ave, Dorchester MA, “South Bay”. Activate is set to open for business at the end of October 2025.
