Danny Schwarz provides brokerage and property management services for numerous properties within the Summit Realty Partners and Winslow Property Management portfolio. Danny is responsible for generating new business, tenant representation and development projects, and leasing and sales for properties represented by Summit Realty Partners. He has been involved in leasing properties to well-known tenants including Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s and Verizon Wireless and, additionally, representing tenants like Garrett’s Family Market, Strickland Oil, I Heart Mac & Cheese, and PetWell Clinic. As part of his Winslow duties, Danny oversees a large family-office retail portfolio.

Danny previously worked with the Philadelphia 76ers, 98.5 The Sports Hub, and a Boston based real estate brokerage group. Danny is a graduate of Quinnipiac University with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing.
