John Dowd provides brokerage services throughout the Summit Realty Partners Portfolio including leasing, tenant representation, investment sales, and consulting. John is involved with and responsible for marketing, tracking leads, generating new business, showing properties, and all other aspects of leasing space and selling properties that Summit Realty Partners represents.

John’s diverse and entrepreneurial background helps him identify with clients on many levels. John spent time in Hong Kong/China directly exporting marble and granite to the United States; he later co-founded a juice business in Colorado; and has ten plus years’ experience in real estate. John is a graduate of Providence College with a degree in Business Management and has completed Boston University’s certificate in commercial real estate.
