A new lease was executed with Kay Jewelers for a 3,000 +/- sf location and with Yankee Candle for a 2,000 +/- sf location. Both are expected to open in late 2017/early 2018. Monadnock Marketplace is a 504,873 +/- square foot grocery anchored power center located in a densely populated area. SUMMIT REALTY PARTNERS SELLS 25,000 +/- SF RETAIL CENTER FOR $2,600,000 ON CAPE COD

Dennisport, MA; March 29, 2017: Summit Realty Partners is pleased to announce two recent sales at Dennisport Village located at 673 Main Street in Dennisport, MA for a combined total of $2,600,000.

Dennisport Village is an 25,000 +/- square foot mixed-use condominium with 11 retail establishments, 3 office spaces, and 1 residential unit located along busy Route 28 in the heart of downtown Dennisport, MA. Next month, One Stop Country Pet Supply will leave the Colony Mill Marketplace in Keene for Monadnock Marketplace, and its new landlord aims to add more stores to the plaza next year.

Monadnock Marketplace, at 30 Ash Brook Road in the city, includes Price Chopper, Bed Bath & Beyond, Ulta Beauty, and other stores. The shopping center is owned by New York City-based Keene MZL, LLC c/o Katz Properties, according to a news release from its broker, Lexington, Mass.-based Summit Realty Partners.

Summit realty partners signs lease extension with sleepy's upon katz properties acquisition


Saugus, MA: Summit Realty Partners is pleased to announce that Katz Properties has acquired 564-600 Broadway (U.S. Route 1) in Saugus, MA.  The 11,500 +/- square foot retail strip center currently has long term leases in place with Sleepy's and FedEx Office as a result of Summit Reality Partners recently extending the Sleepy's lease for ten years.  Winslow Property Management, an affiliate of Katz Properties and Summit Realty Partners, provided the due diligence on the acquisition.

Katz properties sells derry meadow shoppes to slate properties for $24.4M

 

Derry, NH: According to Cushman & Wakefield, Derry Meadows Shoppes has sold to Slate Properties. The Cushman & Wakefield team, led by president Robert Griffin, executive vice president Geoffrey Millerd and senior associate Justin Smith, oversaw the $24.4 million transaction of the Hannaford-anchored retail center on behalf of Katz Properties. The shopping center is located at 35 Manchester Rd.

Katz properties buys Waltham embassy cinema for $3m

 

Waltham, MA: Katz Properties, a New York real estate investment, development and management company with offices in Boston, has purchased the Embassy Cinema in Waltham for $3.1 million.

The 20,000 square-foot cinema in downtown Waltham was sold by Ship to Shore, LLC.  The Belmont firm purchased the one acre lot at 16 Pine Street in 1997 for $550,000 and built the six screen theater the following year.  It is assessed at $3.1 million.

Daniel Katz, a principal of Katz Properties, said he plans to keep the cinema as a tenant.

“While our focus remains on multi-tenant, supermarket-anchored shopping centers, we are eager to take advantage of good opportunities in the single-tenant, triple-net space, especially on a great corner in a dynamic town like Waltham,” he said.

Summit Realty partners leases space to dollar tree in milford, ma

Summit Realty partners Announces sale of mixed-use building in Woburn

 

Woburn, MA: Christopher Ragusa and Michael Balas of Ryeknot Properties, LLC have purchased the 6,800 +/- square foot building and the adjacent vacant lot located at the intersection of Main and High Streets. Portsmouth, NH — The former Friendly's restaurant on Lafayette Road has been leased by two well-known city restaurateurs.

Jay McSharry and Joel Harris leased the 3,663-square-foot restaurant at the intersection of Lafayette Road and Constitution Avenue, according to Summit Realty Partners and Paul McInnis Inc. Chris McMahon of Summit Realty Partners said McSharry and Harris plan to open a full-service Mexican restaurant named Vida Cantina.
